Job Description

Senior Research Analysts assist with consulting projects by performing research and analysis to support Sanigest’s consulting work, with clients including foreign country governments, international organizations, healthcare providers, health insurance, and health systems. You will be part of a team where you will have exposure to subject matter experts and work on important policy issues. Projects typically include qualitative and quantitative analysis on large, complex data sets from a variety of sources.

Duties include
  • Collecting, compiling, verifying, and analyzing data
  • Conducting literature reviews and writing sections of proposals and research grants.
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Preparing information for client on-site visits and calls
  • Scheduling and coordinating projects
  • Contributing to reports and proposals
  • Assisting with business development

Job Description

Consultants at Sanigest lead and coordinate complex components of large consulting projects with responsibility for the application of advanced methods and techniques. You will collaborate with a team of quantitative specialists, including applications programmers to design and develop questionnaires, instruments, and databases and assume significant levels of responsibility on a diverse range of projects

Duties include

  • Leading efforts to collect, analyze, and summarize qualitative and quantitative data and findings into concise, readily usable reports and presentations
  • Leading, with appropriate support, the design and implementation of evaluation and assessment projects (e.g., survey development, conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups, site visits) and summarize results.
  • Preparing and facilitating productive and compelling meetings with multiple stakeholders, including client meetings.
